JOB SUMMARY 


The Cabinet Service Technician position plays a vital role in our company. This position is the contact for closing out jobs prior to building inspections, buyer walks, and closings. Candidate must have the ability to pay close attention to detail, as the Service Technician will be the last person in the house prior to the buyer’s final walkthrough. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Daily reporting to the warehouse to receive and ensure all materials for your daily jobs have been received
  • Daily reporting and communication with service lead
  • Daily use of a variety of power and hand tools
  • Visiting multiple job sites daily to complete final punch work on installed cabinets


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws.  Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to use a tape measure for measurements
  • Able to use small hand tools
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills
  • Able to conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism
  • Great communication skills
  • TEAM player attitude

  • Must possess the ability to use a variety of power and hand tools daily
  • Pulling and lifting is required
  • Must be able to drive between job sites
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, reach with hands and arms, to move around a job site, to sit, stoop kneel and crouch; to see well enough to discern differences in quality
