Job Responsibilities:


As a Service Advisor at Milton Martin Honda, you are the liaison between the customer and technicians and are responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience.

  • Greet service department customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
  • Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to our service technicians
  • Maintain vehicle records by recording service and repairs
  • Provide  accurate repair/maintenance estimates and time frames
  • Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of the progress
  • Update product knowledge as required by Milton Martin Honda and Honda
  • Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
  • Review and explain repairs and associated costs as well as any warranty coverage with customers
  • Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
  • Keep the Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Scores in accordance with dealership standards

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Strong understanding of automotive technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and process-driven environment
  • Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report.
  • Must consent to background and drug screening.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Working Environment & Physical Demands

Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
