Our large towing and transport business is looking for a 3rd Shift dispatcher to add to the team at our Dubuque IA location. This office is the main dispatch area for multiple Iowa locations that cover Eastern Iowa.   We are looking for an energetic and charismatic individual who thrives in customer-oriented environments. The right candidate will be friendly and approachable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interactions, and a proven sales ability is a must to drive success in our team. 

Duties will include:

· Dispatching calls to team of drivers

· Handling customer and driver requests or issues

· Communicating and working well with the team

· Adjusting confidently as needed 

· Answering phones and helping customers

· Inputting data for calls

Schedule:

· Monday to Thursday – 6:30pm - 6:30am

Pay will be based on experience

Education:

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience with:

· Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) – Preferred

· Transportation/Dispatching – Preferred
