Description

SUMMARY

The Operations Transitions Specialist assists with transitioning advisors onto the Sanctuary Platform. In addition to assisting the successful transition of these firms, this positions’ core responsibilities center around the integration of the partner firms into Sanctuary Wealth’s structure once onboarded. Responsibilities assigned to this role will require this individual to be well versed in the transition curriculum as well as Sanctuary Operations. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Custodial platform support, check deposits, managing accounts, and trade error and correction resolutions.

· Interact effectively as liaison between Financial Advisors, clients, and internal departments

· Accurately track and document actions taken on accounts

· Retain knowledge of several systems and processing guidelines

· Assist with implementation of new tools or systems as necessary

· Lead/assist with large department projects as necessary

· Be on-site during transitions to assist with the completion of end-client packets for the team while training the support staff on the completion of documents

· As the primary liaison for operations, compliance, and technology needs, provide coordination for transitioning advisors to include assisting them with set-up and login information to all systems, training on all systems, and workflow processing assistance

· Provide assistance to the Operations Manager and Director of Transitions by coordinating and supporting the transition process from timeline management, accuracy, delivery, and experience

· Assist with communication, completion and tracking of transition documents, licensing, registrations, and systems accesses

· Assist transitioning advisor teams with processing transfer business through the firm's workflow process/management system

· Position requires 25-50% travel


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- 3-5 years of experience working in financial operations

- Ability to manage time effectively

- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume environment with a flexible work schedule

- Advisory and brokerage business, including annuities and alternative investments experience 

- Ability to assess project needs and prioritize accordingly

EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline or equivalent experience

LICENSES

  • FINRA Licensed 7, 66 (or a Series 63 and 65) preferred or willingness to attain


SALARY - $70,000-$75,000
