Summary:

This position is responsible for greeting guests as they enter the restaurant. The host/hostess seats and presents clean menus and rolled silverware to guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Essential Functions: Customer Service!

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for greeting and seating guests according to a seating chart.
• Should be outgoing and willing to interact with guests.
• Provide guests with clean menus and rolled silverware.
• Assists with keeping the dining room clean and rolls silverware, as needed.
• Must be knowledgeable and able to answer questions regarding the menu and food promotions 
• Ability to lift approximately 15lbs, be on his/her feet for several hours and work in a fast-pasted environment.
