The Warehouse Team Member is an integral part of Ambient’s order fulfillment operation. In a fast-paced environment, Warehouse Team Member’s are responsible for picking and packing orders, assembling, making boxes, stocking inventory, and loading/unloading items while maintaining a clean an safe work space. Experienced Warehouse Team Members are critical to the management of our Inventory Management and Shipping Software.
Supervisory Responsibility
Individual contributor. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Climate-controlled indoor warehouse. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day. May be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Hours of Work
Monday-Friday: 8:00-4:00p approx.
40 hours per week
Training
You will receive on-the-job training to perform all required tasks.
Travel / Work Location
No business travel is required. 100% in Ambient’s office in Chandler, AZ. You must have reliable transportation.
Pay Rate
Level 1: $15.00 per hour
Level 2: $18.00 per hour

Level 1 - Essential Duties
· Pick and Pack orders, kit product and label boxes for shipment
· Organize and Stock incoming inventory
· Load/unload incoming containers; organize and stock inventory
· Shrink wrap pallets
· General clean-up around the warehouse
· Import orders through ReadyShipper (shipping software), input and confirm order details and package accordingly
· Train and learn to use Sage (Inventory Management System)
-Participate in annual inventory count
-Use forklift to retrieve inventory (training can be provided)
Level 2 – Essential Duties (In addition to the responsibilities for Level 1)
· Use Inventory Management System (Sage) to check-in incoming inventory at warehouse
· Input Production and Disassembly Entries into Sage
· Import orders, pack, add tracking and prepare international shipments via Zonos for individual customers, retail vendors and dealers.
· Prepare and ship FBA (fulfillment by Amazon) within the US and Canada.
· Print and post end of day details.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- For Level 1, No prior experience required. For Level 2, must have warehouse experience.
- Must be able to read and understand instruction in English.
- Ability to count and perform simple math including addition and subtraction.
