Hospitality Rotational Intern
Description

Do you want to work in the hospitality industry? Does learning the inner workings of a private club pique your interest? How much would that interest increase knowing you get to live for free right next to the property? Myers Park Country Club fosters growth in students regarding all aspects of the private club industry - food & beverage, golf, grounds maintenance, accounting, fitness, tennis, and more. We have designed our intern program so that the bulk of the work deals primarily in our food & beverage service department, with scheduled rotations in each of our other departments.  Come check us out!


 Job training includes:

  • Food & Beverage service in pool, dining room, and banquet operations
  • Providing exceptional service to membership while resolving complaints and displaying effective service recovery tactics
  • Participating in various managerial tasks including scheduling, ordering, payroll, training, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in all departments including events, human resources, accounting, agronomy, golf, tennis, and maintenance
  • Completing season-end internship project to present to Club employees
