Description

OpenLoop is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our HQ team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role will be a member of the Operations Team, collaborating closely with the Chief Operating Officer.


About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzes, develops and configures business processes and data structures
  • Translates business objectives and requirements into functional and system specifications
  • Creates and generates detailed project documentation
  • Interacts with internal clients to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Coordinates with implementation team to develop and refine logistics
  • Assists and supports the design and development of required interfaces and enhancements
  • Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
  • Plan, manage and maintain executive calendar(s)
  • Set agendas, prepare presentations, take minutes, and note action items
  • Keep office operations clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • Create positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for employees & guests
  • Provide bridge for smooth cross-company communications from top-down
  • Other projects / duties as assigned for overall benefit to the organization

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of professional experience delivering and managing healthcare operational initiatives
  • Must have strong organizational skills to synthesize findings into actionable insights
  • Punctual and polished, with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
  • Customer service driven with the ability to anticipate their needs
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Experience working in healthcare software a plus
Salary Description
$80,000-$95,000
