Our Cage Cashiers (Tellers) work in a fast-paced casino/cardroom environment at Silicon Valley’s premier 24/7 entertainment destination. Casino M8trix is looking for motivated and customer focused professionals to join our Cage Cashier team, helping us take our customer satisfaction to the next level of excellence.

The Cage Cashier (Teller) is responsible for chip and cash transactions, issue impress carts and table banks, assist with even exchange employee transactions, and provide excellent service to customers and employees.

• Minimum 1 year of Cashiering experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be willing to undergo background check.
• Speak English fluently and coherently.
• Be able to pass math and chip handling tests.
• Schedule flexibility during training is required (HIRING FOR SWING AND GRAVE SHIFTS)

Approximate Shifts: Day Shift: (approximately 7:00am - 3:30pm), Swing Shift: (approximately 3:00pm-11:30pm), and Grave Shift (approximately 11:00pm - 7:30am)

If you would like to join our dynamic Cage team, you will bring the following traits to the

position:

• Cash Handling or Cashiering experience required - Bank Teller experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Motivated learner.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting Compensation is $18.00 hourly, plus tips. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees including: paid time off, medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 25% employee discount on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Casino M8trix merchandise. Position available for a signing bonus of up to $1,000. Bonuses only applicable to specific positions, and terms and conditions apply.
