Principal Responsibilities & Duties:
- Performs operational support in the Client Support Department
- Exhibits excellent client service skills. Resolves problems and issues. Responds to client or employee inquiries, refers inquiries to appropriate departments when needed and completes the necessary follow-through with clients and/or staff involved.
- Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to clients and colleagues.
- Assists with new lockbox client implementation and documentation. Maintains lockbox client files.
- Performs a variety of daily tasks including but not limited to: lockbox daily client reports and correspondence, assists with scanning New Account documents, will cross train in the Support Center functions.
- Assists with special projects as needed
- Follow policies and procedures, completes administrative tasks correctly and in a timely manner
- Supports the bank's goals and core values
- Other duties as required or assigned
