Job Responsibilities:  

On-the-job training to learn how to blend mismatches and edge break parts to customer needs. 

• Will be trained on using tools such as deburr guns, pencil grinders, drill presses, sandblaster, etc.

• Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and safety procedures.

• Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift 

• Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail 

• Communicates well verbally

• Mechanically inclined, with good manual dexterity

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Position may require standing for long periods of time

Job Description

Safely operate manufacturing equipment to fill orders

Perform finishing operations, to include blending of surfaces and breaking of edges, per customer specifications, by use of deburr gun, pencil grinder, drill press, and sandblaster

Qualifications:

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively

Must be able to follow instructions and have a strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verifiable attendance history

Possess a proactive, positive attitude and be self-motivated

Must be a team player

Mechanically inclined, with good manual dexterity

Must be able to stand/walk up to 75% of shift

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
