Fairstead Ventures is the venture capital arm of Fairstead, a New York based vertically integrated real estate developer. Fairstead Ventures is a $100 million initiative focused on incubating and investing in property technology startups. With teams operating around the country, Fairstead owns and operates 24,000 apartments in 28 states and is on track to double its footprint over the next several years. 

Fairstead Ventures is looking to hire a passionate and entrepreneurial people to help build and grow captive Fairstead Ventures startups. We are currently scaling two startups with long term funding secured and a strategic relationship with Fairstead ensuring captive customer demand at scale. These individuals will work closely with both Fairstead Ventures as well as Fairstead’s operating divisions planning and executing service rollouts across Fairstead’s national property portfolio. 

We are looking for high-performing individuals with 2-10 years of work experience in fast-paced startup environment, private equity, or venture capital. The opportunities available will be tailored to fit the candidate’s skills and experience. 

1-2 years of work experience in fast-paced startup environment either at a VC fund or startup

Undergraduate business degree from a top-tier college 

Strong work ethic, with ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 

Enthusiastic, energetic, and empathetic person with strong presentation, communication, and social skills
