We are looking for Day Lead Custodians to join our team in Zionsville, IN. Work shifts are Mon - Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

The ideal candidate will have team lead experience as a Porter, Janitor, Housekeeper, or similar role; any positions where maintaining a clean environment, general housekeeping, and janitorial maintenance is expected.

What You Do Daily:

• Utilize the school calendar and coordinate with school personnel to complete setups for school activities and events.
• Open the school every morning by turning lights on, crosswalk, perform a variety of cleaning and general care tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, clean door entryways, emptying trash cans and any other task assigned.
• Clean interior areas like hallways, restrooms, offices, cafeteria and any other area as well as the perimeters of school building, parking lot, school fields, windows, and other area assigned.
• Help maintain equipment and ensure the custodian areas are neat and orderly. When needed refill paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
• Be responsible for helping maintain equipment and ensure the janitor’s space is neat and orderly.
• Effectively communicate with School personnel and be flexible to adapt to changing policies, procedures, and/or duties as directed by management
