The receptionist is a part time position, with general hours of 7:30-12:30 Monday-Friday and follows the preschool summer and school year calendars. The receptionist supports the EI and preschool programs. The receptionist works primarily in the front lobby area and is the first person visitors, students and parents see upon arrival each morning. The office assistant is responsible for creating a welcoming, knowledgeable and safe environment while facilitating an effective flow of people and communication during the morning and early afternoon flow.
