Our Marketing Internship provides a fantastic opportunity for you to get creative, think strategically, and challenge your skillset. The Marketing Intern will apply their digital marketing skills to our marketing efforts, creating engaging campaigns that can be leveraged long after the Intern returns to college. Emphasis will be on integrated marketing campaigns that have strong social media and/or video components.

Additionally, the Intern will partner closely with Marketing to create templated campaigns, document best practices and where appropriate, recommend and apply visual elements.

By the end of the internship, the Marketing Intern will have a portfolio of digital marketing assets that demonstrate his/her ability to create an integrated marketing campaign, translate that across media, and measure engagement where possible. Experience is likely to include creating and/or editing associate, customer, and agent-facing content as well as working with our external advertising agency, business partners, and Marketing Team.

Fundamental requirements include:

• The student will honor the agreed upon work schedule and hours.
• The student will participate in departmental meetings and training when appropriate.
• The students are requested to share feedback, both verbal and written, regarding their experience; both during the internship and at the conclusion.
• We request the students voice any requests for additional time and/or exposure to their particular area of interest.
