The Successful Candidate Will Have

· Ability to keep accurate records of materials received, in stock, and allocated to multiple crews.

· Ability to safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and storing materials.

· Willing to assist in other construction areas when necessary.

· A good communicator with Management, supervisors, subs, and engineering.

· Ability to travel locally as needed, deliver materials when needed, and or interface in other towns when needed.

· Ability to work with Excel, Word, and good computer skills are required.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Loading and unloading of materials from trucks and subcontractor equipment.

· Tracking and validating materials on hand, documentation of materials used, and ordering prior to needs as required by field forces.

· Daily interactions with construction supervisors and subcontractors.

· Tracking and/or calling locate tickets to insure no work stoppage.

· Compiling reports on material usage daily/weekly/project wide.

· Company equipment maintenance when needed.

· Scheduling repairs and maintenance for field crews.

· Documentation of safety reports and meetings.

Hiring Process

We are looking to fill this role as soon as we find the candidate who meets or exceeds our expectations. Interviews will be conducted virtually, with the potential of in-person interviews for local candidates, and will include a meeting with the CFO, pre-employment cognitive and personality assessments, a background screening, and drug test.
