The director of membership marketing and annual giving is responsible for the overall strategy and management of the NCMA membership program and all other fundraising appeals of an annual nature. The primary focus of this position is to raise revenue by promoting membership acquisition, retention, and growth at all levels, creating and deploying traditional and digital annual fund campaigns, and taking a leadership role in promoting gift upgrades. A successful director of membership marketing and annual giving will be externally facing, accessible, and well known to members at all levels.
