Our Dealers work in a fast-paced casino/cardroom environment at Silicon Valley’s premier 24/7 entertainment destination. Casino M8trix is looking for motivated and energetic professionals to join our Dealer team, helping us take our customer satisfaction to the next level of excellence. 

We promote from within and often our gaming employees will have the opportunity to be promoted to Game Attendants. Also, not only are our trainings free for those who get selected into the class, but we continue to pay an hourly wage during training.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be willing to undergo background check. 
• Speak English coherently (Bi-lingual a plus).
• Have open availability (we are open 24-7).
• Pass math test and Dealer Audition.
• 1 year of dealer experience or have attended Dealer School.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting compensation is $17.55 hourly, plus tips. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees, including paid time off, medical, vision, dental, and life insurance. In addition, employees receive a 20% discount on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Casino M8trix merchandise.
