Position Overview

Reporting to the CTO, the IT Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's IT systems and infrastructure. This position requires a hands-on individual with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, with the ability to maintaining servers, networks, and databases, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, as well as managing and lead its staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations management, a strong technical background, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and databases
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data
• Monitor and analyze system performance, and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Manage and supervise IT staff

Skills/Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations management
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and databases
• Experience with IT security and data integrity
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
