As our Marketing Content Analyst, you will develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy based on customer and industry data to increase our website traffic, drive email marketing initiatives, and digital brand awareness. Day to day you will collaborate with individual business units to plan campaigns, estimate costs, evaluate results, and provide recommendations for future digital initiatives. The Content Strategist will work collaboratively with the graphic design and social media teams to deliver consistent messaging across all digital platforms at our Carmel, Indiana Headquarters – this will not be a hybrid or remote role. In one year as a Content Analyst, you will know you were successful if you…
- Build strong relationships across the business as well as support both the Marketing and Communications team and leadership with planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns
- Collect information about the different types of customer personas the business is targeting; perform extensive research and analysis on customer thoughts, and then devise content strategies to convert new and existing customers
- Author, design, manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content based on research to achieve marketing targets
- Administer company websites and email marketing accounts ensuring up-to-date messaging
- Monitor Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals to create a strong network
- Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a comprehensive content strategy
What we are looking for…
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field preferred
- Prior banking or financial services experience highly preferred
- Hands on experience with website design, content writing and email marketing for brand awareness
- Proficient in using data analytics to foster strategic decision-making and thought leadership.
- Excellent writing skills is required
- Significant knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Photography and/or video skills are a plus
- Ability to travel on a limited basis
