During the Project Coordinator Co-op, you will:
provide assistance to project managers and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Resource management, team leadership, meeting facilitation skills, RASIC training, schedule creation with MS Project Online, problem solving, and business acumen.
Lead a project or be paired with a more senior project manager to support project execution. Specific projects are determined at the time of business need. Continuous improvement projects as required.
Preferred Degree Program:
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Program / MBA with demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude.
Co-op dates: work while attending school, 20 hours/week for three consecutive semesters.
The Co-op student must:
- have at least 15 hours of USC coursework and a minimum GPA of 2.5

Typical office environment with some travel between buildings and to other locations required. May be exposed to loud noises, toxic chemicals, and dangerous machinery when on the plant floor.
