H2 Health is seeking a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our H2 @ Chiefland outpatient clinic located in Chiefland, FL.

This position will treat and evaluate primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
• Manual training and Dry Needling are a plus
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting
• Must pass required background checks

Facility Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday 8 AM to 3 PM

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
