Your Role:

As a CRI Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for the support of the Project Management (PM) Team inclusive of support of deliverables on large projects, customer/vendor contact and servicing and managing small projects. The Associate Project Manager is an entry-level project manager and will have the opportunity to learn and build project management skills and capabilities within the CRI Team.

This role is eligible for our Flexible Workplace policy, where there is an expectation to work from our San Francisco office 1 day a week.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Support overall project and account management from beginning through completion of projects.  
  • On small projects, interface with both internal and external stakeholders as CRI’s representative
  • Create and maintain accurate and detailed project deliverables throughout the lifecycle of project including, but not limited to: 
  1. Project schedules and installation micro-schedules.
  2. Budgets and pricing summaries
  3. Project meeting notes and executive summaries
  4. Validation Packages
  5. Furniture Specifications, inclusive of vendor quote requests and product research
  6. Client approvals and change orders
  7. Installation Packages
  • Warranty changes/revisions and customer approvals, validation packages and warranty/care packages
  • Participate in and document project meetings as needed
  • Prepare for and participate in furniture finish meetings
  • Conducts furniture pre-order plan check to ensure quantities and tagging are correct and current on the furniture legend and floor plans prior to requesting vendor quotes
  • Interface with interdisciplinary team as needed throughout project lifecycle to request information, deliverables and/or to analyze project progress
  • Participate in field verification activities as projects require 
  • Complete project close out deliverables
Requirements

Experience & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or 2 years of Project Management experience 
  • Self-starting, solutions-oriented, energetic, analytical, strategic, creative and results-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with people both within and outside the company.  
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills. 
  • Must be detailed, organized, flexible and service oriented with the ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize effectively and meet deadline.   
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in the performance of business transactions, and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible  
  • Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF.    
  • Knowledge of contract furniture industry or passionate about furniture, preferred.

Salary Description
$31-$38 per hour
