Administrative Assistant
Description

The Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas is seeking a qualified candidates to fill a fulltime position of Administrative Assistant for the Office of the Tribunal. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day office duties. 
  • Creating and maintain databases.
  • File management of both paper and electronic files.
  • Basic editing of the website and social media. 
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) administrative or similar experience
  • Basic ability in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, intermediate skills are preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
