The Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas is seeking a qualified candidates to fill a fulltime position of Administrative Assistant for the Office of the Tribunal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day office duties.
- Creating and maintain databases.
- File management of both paper and electronic files.
- Basic editing of the website and social media.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) administrative or similar experience
- Basic ability in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, intermediate skills are preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
