United Land Services (ULS) is a full-service landscaping Company. At United, we offer an all-inclusive suite of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services, including but not limited to landscape design and maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting. Whether a single-family home development, condominium complex, commercial building, or shopping center, we handle it all.

This position is responsible for the installation of new irrigation systems. This role will manage 4 other crew members.

• Valid Drivers License 
• Clean Driving history 
• Must have crew leader/foreman experience, preferably 5+ years. 
• Displays a working knowledge and understanding of conventional and two wire systems.
• Troubleshoots conventional and two wire systems using multiple devices including wire trackers and locators.
• Troubleshoots/Repairs/Installs: Controllers, Wire Paths, Decoders, Wire Connections, and Grounding.
• Repair and replace rotor and spray heads, valves and pipe breaks from ½” – 6”.
• Understands and meets production and maintenance schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.
• Drives company vehicle along with other crew members to job sites.
• Ensures crew members perform their work safely and wears and uses all safety equipment as directed.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures to include OSHA and Federal/State DOT requirements.
