AIM is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join the team in our Oak Creek, WI facility! This role responsible for receiving and storing customer and company products, and loading and unloading freight from trucks as assigned.

• Load material into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Verify materials received against bill of lading.
• Transport materials and items from dock to storage or to other designated areas using a forklift or hand truck.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Count, weighs, and record number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Lifts heavy objects by hand, forklift, handcart, or hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Maintain Warehouse; ensure neat and orderly storage of material.

• HS Diploma or GED required
• One to three years experience using sit down, stand up or specialized forklifts
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and effectively communicate with coworkers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Requires the ability to operate various tools and equipment to include a computer, scissors lift, hand truck and various small hand tools.
• Requires the ability to pass forklift operator course and drive a forklift.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 75 lbs.
