What you will be doing:
- Regularly inspecting multiple community associations
- Issuing maintenance work directives and verifying their completion
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance programs
- Communicating with contractors
- Communicating (verbal and written) with homeowners and residents on day-to-day matters
- Communicating with boards
- Overseeing on-site staff
- Executing board decisions and administering their policies
- Attending board meetings
- Interpreting and enforcing governing documents and laws
- Reviewing, interpreting and distributing monthly financial reports
- Bidding out services and drafting service contracts
- Drafting notices and mailings
- Overseeing the payment of invoices
- Overseeing the collection of assessments
- Investing association reserve funds
- Periodically filing insurance claims
