Job Overview:

Accurately administer radiation therapy treatments using a linear accelerator.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

• Administer external beam radiation therapy as prescribed.
• Verification of treatment plan, site, dose, and fields.
• Maintain accurate charting and record keeping
• Observe the clinical progress of the patient and use professional expertise to recognize and report signs of reaction or complications.
• Perform quality assurance on the linear accelerator
• Offer high quality patient care

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience as a radiation therapist.
