Overall Responsibilities:

Trellance is building a well-funded demand generation team based on the way prospects actually buy, not the way companies have historically marketed and sold. As a marketer with a firm understanding of the B2B buying process, you’ll be able to jump in quickly to help the organization achieve results. This role will focus heavily on the operational and digital side of demand generation, and will gain lots of hands-on experience with the most state-of-the art marketing tech stack.


Campaign responsibilities:

  • Serve as the digital marketing expert providing both short-term and long-term strategy.
  • Participate in the development of annual digital marketing strategy, KPI's and roadmap
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads for sales and nurture general brand engagement including email, webinars, social media and web marketing tactics
  • Run Demand Gen email campaigns through HubSpot building lists, emails, and workflows based on nurture campaign strategies
  • Build an effective process for fast follow-up and conversion of leads or appointments through HubSpot, Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Track, measure, analyze, and report on weekly lead gen activity, using key metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and results, optimizing campaigns and budgets based on new learnings.
  • Manage PPC efforts and entire ad strategy including but not limited to LinkedIn advertising, 6Sense display advertising, Facebook advertising, and Google search.
  • Brainstorm and identify growth strategies and content opportunities, driving ideas from proposal to successful execution.
  • Participate in budget tracking and planning for all digital marketing initiatives. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

System and process responsibilities:

  • Work with operations functions to ensure proper configuration of HubSpot, SalesLoft, Salesforce.com, 6Sense, WiseStamp and more.
  • Create forms, landing pages, and emails via HubSpot.
  • Design and deploy workflows to ensure proper flow of leads from HubSpot forms through to Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Build and execute campaigns, and intent data through 6Sense
  • Ensure that KPIs related to MQL, SAL, and SQL are accurately reflected in Salesforce dashboards.
  • Web optimization for design, content, SEO, and SEM
  • Track website statistics via google analytics, and assist in analyzing web traffic to optimize conversion rates.
  • Oversee accuracy/completeness of contact database.
Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience; degree in marketing or related field preferred. 
  • 3 years of HubSpot administration (creating forms, workflows, emails and landing pages).
  • Experience managing Google AdWords, and other paid ad platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, 6sense, etc.
  • Strong experience in web optimization, like WordPress for design, content, SEO, and SEM.
  • Experience managing salesforce campaigns.
  • Experience uploading contact lists to Salesforce.
  • Experience with data cleansing/appending tools like ZoomInfo or Rampedup.

Desired Skills:

B2B technology, SaaS, E-commerce, credit union, financial services, or payments experience is highly desirable. Adept at managing budgets and deadlines; rigorous, quantitative thinker who can solve problems and move projects along. Expertise with HubSpot, CRM solutions like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Asana, Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite, ABM platforms, and digital & media agency relationships is preferred. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
