THE OPPORTUNITY:
HumanCo is looking for a Marketing Coordinator dedicated to our Snow Days Pizza Bites Brand that will expand Brand awareness, generate product trial, and leverage our digitally native foundation to drive velocities within key retailers and emerging digital grocery platforms. An ideal candidate is an organized multitasker who can manage multiple projects, meet quick-turn deadlines, and be willing to start an in-person OR digital conversation with anyone (influencer, CPG industry colleague, store manager, future consumers, HCo co-worker)
This individual will execute marketing campaigns on-shelf, near-shelf, and on digital shelves throughout Snow Days retail distribution footprint. In addition to retail, the Marketing Coordinator will also support our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business via SnowDays.com. They will help coordinate various tactics across our conversion and retention funnels across influencer, owned channels (email + sms), social media, and beyond. Above all else, this individual must be additive to our culture of high performance, constant creativity, and caring for our fellow team members like family.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Retail + DTC
- Support retail expansion by accelerating trial through promotional execution, localized marketing efforts, and leveraging new technologies/platforms
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to leverage Snow Days existing digital footprint to drive measurable velocity growth
- Establish connectivity with retailer teams at a store level to execute sampling opportunities and build relationships closer to the shelf
- Learn the ins-and-outs of our DTC business and identify ways to further advance our omnichannel approach to connecting with consumers
- Influencer, Partnerships, & Digital Content
- Use creativity and insights to forge and maintain relationships with like-minded brands, influencers and regional partners
- Organize and present performance data for in-bound influencer partner requests
- Support and track product samples to partners, investors, influencers and media
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of partner promo codes, affiliate links, vanity URLs and campaign briefs
- Field marketing & Experiential
- Help source, recommend and coordinate experiential marketing opportunities ‘near shelf’ in select target markets
- Project manage the day-to-day operations of Snow Days events including demo kits, sourcing supplies, shipping applicable SD product and managing talent
- Assist with ongoing shopper marketing budgets and budget planning CS/CX
- Manage Customer Service/CX platforms in tandem with other team members including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, ZenDesk, and the store locator
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excitement and positive energy with awareness of what it means to build a brand
- Willingness to help produce social content and be on-camera
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Proficiency in Shopify, Zendesk, and Recharge
- Experience with influencer partnerships
- Experience working with operations and fulfillment teams
- Facebook business manager
- Community management in Sprout Social
