We have a great opportunity for a hard working individual to join our team as a Cash Management Digital Banking Specialist at our Northeast Minneapolis office. This position allows for two days remote per week, with flexibility, after the training period has been completed.
POSITION SUMMARY: Assists with Cash Management Digital Banking daily operations; including Banno Online & Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, eStatements, debit cards - set-up and customer service for all related functions.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Primary point of contact for questions or support for online banking, mobile banking, and eStatements. Help with customer setups, introductory letters, maintenance, fraud prevention, and customer service. Provide support, assistance, and resolve access problems.
2. Responsible for debit card ordering, maintenance, status, fraud prevention, and customer service. Resolve customer dispute claims and review outstanding debit card disputes.
3. Responsible for review of new Bill Pay enrollments, assists with returns, and FI Transfer operations.
4. Responsible for review and setup of and communication with new mobile deposit customers.
5. Responsible for fraud case/queue reviews for online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, debit cards, ACH, wire transfer services and related products.
6. Assists with DocuSign, document management and imaging, and maintenance (workflow) verification for digital banking, debit cards, and cash management areas.
7. Assist with department ACH audit reporting needs for required audits or reviews.
Education
· High school diploma + 2 years of general education
· College degree preferred
Experience
· A minimum of 2 years in a relationship banking or electronic banking role.
· Experience with JHA Silverlake preferred
· A minimum of 2 years assisting customers with ACH processing including ACH file formats and uploading.
· Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred.
