Description
- Repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to: replacing rotten wood, maintaining electrical wiring and some plumbing, performing small demolition jobs.
- Assist with installations and/or replacements – simple to complex projects.
- Assembly of various trade goods.
- Operate or tend to powered equipment.
- Paint, drywall, tile, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general handyman jobs.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
