 Fox Chapel Golf Club is an 18-hole private country club facility located 8 miles northeast of downtown Pittsburgh. You will join the Fox Chapel Golf Club Turf Team… work hard and have fun caring for the Golf Course. Over the years, the club has hosted numerous regional and national tournaments, contributing to its reputation as a premier golfing destination. The club's commitment to excellence extends beyond the course, with a rich tradition of community involvement and a dedication to preserving the integrity of the game. Fox Chapel Golf Club is a prestigious golf club dedicated to providing an exceptional golfing experience in a beautifully maintained environment. Our Grounds Maintenance Team plays a vital role in ensuring the course is in top condition for our members and guests. 


The Club is actively recruiting an Assistant-In-Training to play a key role in the successful execution of Master Plan projects and daily preparation of the Course. Hone your mowing and rolling techniques, fertilizing, pesticide applications, irrigation and hand watering techniques, pest/stress identification, member interaction/communication, and many other skills.

Wage:

  • Highly competitive... $20.00 - $24.00/Hour. Negotiable based upon experience.
  • Overtime Available

Requirements
  •  Prior golf course experience preferred but not required.
  • Completion of a 2- or 4-Year Turf Program or Related Field.
  • Willingness/Ability to Learn.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • A strong desire to learn about grounds maintenance and horticulture.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
