Do you have experience with Relativity or other electronic discovery (e-Discovery) litigation document review software? We have a Litigation e-Discovery Specialist position that works closely with our litigation team and clients to identify and preserve ESI (electronically stored information). Responsibilities include developing review protocols and loading, processing, indexing, and managing document productions in the Relativity environment. You’ll assist the Manager of e-Discovery and the team, with administering, maintaining, and customizing the Relativity environment and UI (user interface) and troubleshooting technical issues. In addition, the role is responsible for training others in the advanced use of Relativity along with other tasks as assigned.

- Relativity software experience or other legal review software experience
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop workable solutions
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent with 2 years of experience operating in a hands-on litigation support services role. Previous experience utilizing Relativity strongly preferred. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills along with proven experience working with internal and external customers/clients along with proficiency with MS Office. Project management skills and experience, preferred. EOE
