Paralegal - Probate & Trust Administration
Description

Are you a Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal who enjoys working closely with clients and being the point of contact responsible for the administrative process and all details associated with each case? If so, read on as we have a Paralegal opening working in the Manchester and occasionally in the Concord, NH office. In this role you will address substantive probate and trust administration work providing support to this busy practice group. This includes preparing probate filings, estate and trust accounts, estate and trust funding documents, and real estate closings applicable to an estate and/or trust. Additional responsibilities include meeting and communicating with clients and their advisors and preparing all related documents, guiding clients through the step-by-step management of estate and trust assets. Additional responsibilities include guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, maintaining client files, preparing materials for client meetings, managing deadlines, performing research, electronic filings and attending to client needs and concerns along with other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of NH and MA probate and trust administration experience strongly preferred. Excellent computer skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite and electronic filing fluency. Familiarity with ProSystem fx Tax and Worldox (or other document management software), preferred.
