Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all duties in full compliance with and in accordance with Bender safety rules.
- Perform final product verification and validation of product by performing electrical testing, product functionality and inspection of product according to aesthetic criteria.
- Submit test report documentation; maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.
- Perform Incoming Inspections of product as needed.
- Perform In-Process Inspection of production processes as needed.
- Track and report KPI’s such as FPY, Reason for Rejection, etc.
- Provide suggestions on product design improvements to standardize and reduce risk of quality errors.
Quality
- Follow SOPs and ensure all product is manufactured to specifications.
- Assists management in development of quality processes and work instructions.
- Work with team members to identify root cause to failures and implementation of corrective actions.
- Works in accordance with product specification to ensure minimization of defects. Fixes defects and reports issues if occurs.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- High School Education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and wiring diagrams
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical designs and assembly
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Outlook / Word)
- Training in general safety, electrostatic discharge awareness, foreign object damage awareness and quality system awareness
Other Requirements
- Ability to properly operate electrical test equipment including power supplies, meters, oscilloscopes, Isolated Power Panel Test Set, High Potential Ability to set up tests and determine results

Physical Demands
- Must possess adequate hand (manual) and body strength and be capable of lifting, pushing or carrying up to 50 pounds, and to engage in repetitive tightening of terminals and fasteners
- Ability to lift, stand and work for extended periods of time
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
Work Environment
- This position is based primarily in the production area and warehouse areas with occasional offsite or outdoor settings, as required.
- Occasional exposure to local outdoor weather conditions which may range from 10 degrees and up to 100 degrees (Fahrenheit) for entering and leaving Company facility
- The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate
