Assembler/Productions Support

Competitive candidates will have assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry.


Key skills include:

  • Physical fitness to lift and assemble products
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to use hand tools
  • High School education or equivalent
Requirements

Primary job responsibilities include:

Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms

  • Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
  • Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process
  • Follow company procedures and directives
  • Test finished products for defects
  • Maintain the tools used to assemble products
  • Adhere to all standards of quality and safety
  • Organizational and process skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • A desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements.
