WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The focus of the Training & Engagement Specialist is to develop and oversee company-wide employee programs, such as onboarding, training, recognition, and company activities. The Specialist is resourceful and works well on their own, while also enjoys working directly with a wide range of individuals, at all levels of the organization. Additional responsibilities include:

• Facilitate one-on-one/group employee trainings, as well as meetings with internal leaders.
• Create content for training programs, including written manuals and multimedia visual aids using Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Plan and implement employee recognition programs and activities to increase overall engagement.
• Track, report and evaluate effectiveness of programs and provide ongoing recommendations for enhancements.
• Ensure all company training objectives are met on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.

LOCATION + SCHEDULE

• On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
• Full-time, Day Shift
• Must be flexible to periodically work into evenings to meet needs of 2nd shift operations

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or technical school;
• and Minimum 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
