• Uncover/discover bidding opportunities (both project and work orders) - emphasis on remedial work
• Qualify project bidding opportunities
• Establish, nurture and grow direct customer relationships (owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, roof consultants)
• Personal delivery and presentation of project proposals
• Grow in technical knowledge - both industry-general and project-specific
• Lead company effort toward customer-centric attitude, service, and response
• Promote the company brand in the marketplace
• Follow RRCI policies, processes, and disciplines (Co manuals, Handbook)
• Manage roofing crews while maintaining Safety and Customer Service
• Must be Professional, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and take the Residential Division to an extra level of Service

• Total $$ project sales – roofing and sheet metal
• Total $$ amount of project and service opportunities bid
• Total $$ work order sales - roofing and waterproofing
• Number of created project opportunities in Dataforma database
• Strength/depth of Top 15 customers

Compensation

• Salary plus draw vs. future commissions

Must be available to work during business core hours of 8am-5pm and some nights and weekends as required
