This ensures our plans work not just when executed, but when they are actually needed. Since our founding in 2010, we have been committed to building stronger client relationships by relying on our unique support-based law firm model. The result is that it has allowed us to quickly grow to 12 offices and be recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the Fast 50 of Ohio and, nationally, in the Inc. 5000 in numerous years.
Our success is a direct result of the caliber of employees we recruit AND our unique business model. We value each of our employees and their input. Your knack for communicating with others propels you to success as this role relies on the client facing team members to request, receive and deliver the necessary information to you, so that you may complete both the application and drafting components. Constant communication and teamwork are vital to success!
