Weavers Way Co-op is hiring for a Lead Cashier for our location in Chestnut Hill, PA. As Lead Cashier, you are not only integral to the customer experience, but you serve as a role model for colleagues in how to best handle customer situations. The ability to remain even-keeled, work well under pressure, maintain accuracy, and deliver top-notch customer service is a must.

We are looking for someone that has a lot of flexibility to cover hours as needed. If you have a lot of constraints on your time, this position may not be the best fit.

  • Opening & closing duties required. Must have a flexible schedule and able to work weekends.
  • Counting and reconciling drawers at the beginning and end of the day.
  • Overseeing Front End staff during shift.
  • Dealing with customer questions/concerns/issues.
  • Need to be knowledgeable/learn about membership at Weavers Way Cooperative.
  • Standing for extended periods of time, twisting/bending, and computer/POS knowledge.
Salary Description
$16.00
