The Sr. Data Analyst is responsible for providing data driven solutions with quality assurances and integrity for all GoldenWolf clients and stakeholders. This individual will ensure tasks and deliverables are completed and delivered in a timely manner as outlined in each specific scope of work.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work collaboratively within the organization to support the interests and needs of our clients and to broaden the business base of GoldenWolf.

• Create and maintain complex data visualizations, assist with database administration, and provide excellent client support and training as it relates to access and use of published dashboards.
• Analyze facilities data to identify problems and trends. Assist with resolution.
• Lead and Conduct inventory data integrity reviews, identifying and correcting data quality issues.
• Provide on-site and remote data management and manipulation at the request of the client and Golden Wolf leadership.
• Maintain positive relationships with all clients, providing outstanding customer service and support.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred, and/or technical certifications a plus.
• Minimum of 4-7 years’ data science execution. Database development and management experience required, to include proficient SQL statement creation and execution for MS SQL Server platform (SSMS).
• Must meet Public Trust/Sensitive Position requirements for DoD

• Good technical and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) as well as customer service skills due to daily interaction with various levels of rank, authority, positions both military and civilian.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word), Especially Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, macros, etc.)
• Strong background in analytics (SQL fluency is essential, the incumbent in this role will be designing, implementing, and maintaining metrics).
• Experience combining disparate data sets without established PK’s and extracting conclusions will be important in this position.
• Database design a plus.
• Strong attention to detail in reporting, analysis, and communications both internally and externally.
• Intellectual curiosity is vital—the ability to think creatively about how to solve new problems is crucial.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

PREFFERED:

• Experience scripting large data sets in Python is a plus.
• Facility management knowledge is a plus.
• SQL Server Reporting Services experience (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) a plus
• Microsoft Power BI with DAX functions knowledge and/or Tableau experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: (only as applicable)

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to work remotely and on-site as required by the position, client and/or contract requirements.
• May be required to travel up to 20%.

Salary – Commensurate with experience

Job Type - Full-Time (40 hours per week). Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Contract hours: Eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week.

HYBRID position: work will be performed on-site and remotely.
