The Sales Representative should do their part to maintain a positive and respectful relationship with all employees, customers, and external contacts.
Daily Tasks:
The Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for meeting with existing and potential clients. Working with the sales team, design team, and project managers, The Sales Representative effectively communicates the desires of the client to develop aesthetic and accurate project proposals. Accuracy is imperative for the development of design plans and pricing. The Sales Representative will need to keep records of all communications and reports.
Compensation:
- Base Salary Plus Commission. (High Earning Potential)

Job Requirements
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Project Bidding: Take the lead on preparing detailed project bids, leveraging your deep understanding of industry standards and client needs to create competitive and attractive proposals.
- Custom Landscape Solutions: Work closely with clients to design and propose unique landscaping solutions tailored to their specific requirements, ensuring a high level of personalization and client satisfaction.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Employ a consultative sales technique that allows you to advise and guide clients effectively, adding value beyond the traditional sales process.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in landscaping and horticulture to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Skillfully negotiate terms and manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring clarity, compliance, and client contentment.
- Lead Generation and Networking: Proactively generate new leads through effective networking strategies and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid PA Driver’s license REQUIRED
- Proven experience in sales experience in the construction and/or landscaping industry REQUIRED
- 4-Year Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and project bids.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in negotiating and managing contracts.
- Adept at lead generation and building professional networks.
- Knowledgeable in landscape design, horticulture, or related fields.
