Sales Representative

The Sales Representative should do their part to maintain a positive and respectful relationship with all employees, customers, and external contacts.

Daily Tasks:

The Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for meeting with existing and potential clients. Working with the sales team, design team, and project managers, The Sales Representative effectively communicates the desires of the client to develop aesthetic and accurate project proposals. Accuracy is imperative for the development of design plans and pricing. The Sales Representative will need to keep records of all communications and reports.


  • Base Salary Plus Commission. (High Earning Potential)

  • Current and valid PA Driver’s license needed
  • Sales experience in the construction and/or landscaping industry preferred
  • 4-Year Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Works with architect, designer, and project manager to develop, price, and present project proposals
  • Communicates expectations and plans clearly to client and management team
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
  • Works with Office Manager to schedule meetings with potential clients
  • Develops and reports key sales statistics on behalf of themselves and the team
  • Encourages team camaraderie and motivation
