Description

  

American Spoon Foods Corporate Sales Associate position is perfect for anyone interested in customer service, sales, and marketing. This role falls under our Customer Service department and focuses on expanding our corporate gift client roster as well as assisting our current corporate gift customers in ordering, particularly during the holiday season. We are looking for someone who is passionate about American Spoon products and eager to reach out to potential corporate gifting customers across the country to promote the product and provide recommendations on gifting opportunities. 

This is a flexible role – requiring part-time (20 hours/week) from February through August and full time (40 hours/week) from September through January. This role may require some travel within the Midwest.   

  

Deliver the highest level of customer support and experience by responding to emails and inbound calls for product support and corporate order related inquiries.

Conduct research and proactively reach out directly to the appropriate members at various corporations, real estate office, insurance offices, etc. to provide them with information regarding American Spoon gifting opportunities. 

Be the main contact with our shipping department to organize and facilitate the shipment of all corporate orders during the holiday season. 

Act as a brand ambassador and ensure that each touchpoint across the corporate gift ordering process is engaging, efficient, and effective.  

Develop creative solutions for contacting and acquiring new corporate gift customers as well as adaptations to our technology to better meet these customers’ needs. 

Set sales goals for corporate gift sales channel growth year over year. 

Develop and maintain a corporate gifting catalog.
