Customer Success Manager
Description


Darling Consulting Group (DCG) is a leading national provider of consulting services and software solutions to banking industry, and consistently voted Top Places to Work by the Boston Globe. DCG is seeking an experienced, high energy, Customer Success Manager to join DCG’s Product and Solutions Team. This individual will help onboard new clients and project manage existing clients in support of DCG’s software solutions. This individual will proactively drive new product usage by advocating for the customer internally, building strong relationships (internally and externally), as well as monitor and identify usage trends.


The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, naturally collaborative and can interact across cross-functional teams. The candidate is motivated by building long-term relationships and is customer focused, aiming to exceed expectations in every interaction. 


Responsibilities 

  • Create and manage first class new client implementation program for DCG 360° software solutions
  • Oversee the onboarding of all DCG software product implementations, leading multiple client projects in parallel
  • Interact directly with clients and internal stakeholders including technology and business groups to drive product implementation success
  • Be able to communicate with C-Level client stakeholders and gain confidence in the program
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders on resolving product implementation related challenges
  • Interact directly with clients and internal stakeholders including technology and business groups to drive product implementation success
  • Collaborate across the firm and identify opportunities to increase value to clients
  • Utilize scalable processes around customer outreach and user groups
  • Create in-depth on-going client project management system to optimize customer experience
Requirements
  • 2-4 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company
  • Strong organizational and process skills
  • Comfort with Excel and large datasets 
  • Continuous learner with intellectual curiosity
  • Proven ability to influence and manage cross-functional projects
