Operating POS [point of sale cash register].

Opening/closing routine procedures. 

Extensive cleaning procedures and restocking.

Providing excellent service to customers and guests of American Spoon- fast and friendly service at all times. 

Job duties include greeting customers, utilizing your knowledge, and promoting American Spoon Gelato/Sorbetto flavors and answering any questions or concerns.

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude and work to make their experience enjoyable. 

Interact with customers, always displaying a professional demeanor.

Pleasant, friendly, and outgoing personality for positive customer interactions - you are an ambassador for our products.

Must be available to work early afternoon and evening shifts, weekends [special events throughout the summer], and specified scheduled shifts.
