About the role:
We are seeking an Executive Vice President to join our dynamic agency. You will play a major role in helping us to reach our goals through
•Driving engagement across the agency
•Securing sustainable and profitable growth by serving as a company ambassador
•Partnering with leadership to ensure a constant new business pipeline by pursuing opportunities with potential clients
•Collaborating with leadership on new and creative ways to advance our position in the marketplace
•Staying ahead of the rapidly evolving developments in communications and marketing to inform ongoing growth of agency capabilities

•Identify and attract talent across all levels; retain and develop our people through mentoring, motivation, feedback, and learning opportunities
•Drive cross-office and cross-practice collaboration to ensure clients have access to the best people and services, collaborating closely with other leaders throughout our broader network as necessary
