The Customer Program Manager for our Fab Services line of business encompasses responsibilities involving both account management and program management. This position is responsible for managing all facets of their customer accounts and projects as well as supporting the sales and business operations functions. Essential Responsibilities

  • Customer account management - provide excellent customer service to all accounts
  • Quote and Proposal generation – work with sales and engineering to provide quotes, SOWs, proposals, etc in order capture new business 
  • Support sales in contract negotiations or contract re-negotiations
  • New customer onboarding - run new customer kick-off meetings including setting meeting itinerary, and making sure presentations and materials are in place
  • Run regular customer meetings for project status review as needed
  • Manage customer budgets and project spend
  • Inside sales – quote generation, sales order creation, order fulfillment, revenue recognition
  • Provide annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue forecasts
  • Manage and monitor forecast updates weekly
  • Program management – set up project plans, establish and track schedule, deliverables and spend. Identify issues and provide creative solutions
  • Vendor Management – Procure and schedule 3rd party services as required by customer
  • Material management - WIP starts/changes in manufacturing execution system (MES), customer supplied material tracking, customer order shipment
  • Escalate issues and concerns to senior management as appropriate

Competencies

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years of account and/or program management experience in the semiconductor or a related industry
  • Business experience in order management, customer service, sales, accounting, accounts/program management or similar combination of roles
  • Demonstrated ability to concurrently manage multiple competing priorities and projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite particularly Excel

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle PLM and Workstream
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • ITAR program experience


Salary Description
$60,000.00 - $120,000.00
