JOB SUMMARY 

We are currently seeking a Cabinet Field Technician to join our team. Duties include visiting job sites, inspecting installations, and performing repairs. A minimum of 2+ years of industry experience in the cabinet business is preferred. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Daily Community visits. 
• Daily inspections of installations when at a community.
• Perform cabinet measures.  
• Customer service inspections/repairs with homebuyers, builders, superintendents, and manufacturers.
• Cabinet repairs, door replacements, stain and paint touch ups, face frame replacements, etc.
• It is of the utmost importance that we create an environment of trust and dependability with each job site builder personnel.  Professional communication will be an integral part of our ability to be successful.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of cabinet experience preferred.
• Ability to us tools for cabinet repairs
